Kristine Moyer is the President & Primary Practitioner at AHC. Kris graduated Cum Laude from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine with a Master's in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition, and obtained her Massage Therapist Certification from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is licensed by the State of Illinois as both an Acupuncturist and a Massage Therapist, and recognized as a Diplomate of Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Kris has trained in the martial art of Kung Fu since 1993 and holds the rank of Black Sash. Her training has included cultivating both internal (Qi Gung & Nei Gung) as well as external (Tai Chi & self-defense) forms of the art. Kris is fluent in English, French & Spanish. She loves to travel, dance, cook and is an avid reader.
Steve Sandford is the AHC Office Manager. Originally from upstate New York, Steve graduated from Central College in Pella, Iowa, with a degree in Business Management and French. With a background in several industries, including travel, state government and health care, he oversees AHC's bookkeeping, billing and record keeping.
