Fitness Programs

As of February 2017, fitness classes include Zumba with Kacie (Mondays at 6:30 PM), T'ai Chi with Kris (Mondays at 5:15 PM and Thursdays at 11:00 AM) and Babies at the Barre TM (as scheduled).

Check the "Online Scheduling" tab for our schedule of classes such as Yoga, Zumba, Stretching for Health, T'ai Chi and Qi Gong, and much, much more. Prices vary based on the class offering.
