COVID-19 Updates

In an effort to optimize the clinic's air quality, our building's HVAC system has been thoroughly checked for circulation efficiency and both UV and iWave-R units have been installed to help reduce bacteria, virus, mold and allergen levels.

Our building, which we share with Two Rivers Massage, is being constantly sanitized and disinfected in an effort to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness for the safety of our staff, patients and clients.

In addition to our standard CONSENT TO TREAT form for new patients Link all new & returning patients will be asked to sign a COVID-19 CONSENT TO TREAT form Link  To speed up the process, you are welcome to follow the links, print the documents, complete them and bring them to your appointment.

When you come for your appointment, we request that you park, call 309.517.3010 to inform us of your arrival and remain in your car until Kristine Moyer calls you to say she is waiting for you at the front door to escort you to the treatment room.

Unless you require physical assistance due to your health condition, we ask that you come alone for your appointment. There is currently no waiting room available in the building. We also recommend that you leave anything but absolutely necessary belongings at home or in your car.

We are accepting cash, checks and credit/debit card payments.

As per Illinois and CDC guidelines, anyone wishing to enter AHC for treatment is requested to wear a covering over mouth & nose.  Link

Kristine Moyer will greet you at the entrance and take your temperature using a contact-free thermometer. If your temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or more, you will need to return home without treatment, as that temperature is considered a risk factor for COVID-19.

You will be provided with hand sanitizer, or you may go to the restroom to wash your hands, prior to proceeding directly to the treatment room.

Thank you for your patience & understanding as we do our best to follow the government guidelines and provide you with the treatments you need.
